Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at femauraboutique@outlook.com.
Please note that postage fees for returns will need to be paid by you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards/items purchased with gift cards.
Returns are processed as store credit only. You can always contact us for any return questions at femauraboutique@outlook.com.
Damages and Issues
All of our pieces are put through quality control by the manufacturers. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately in the unlikely event that your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We require proof of default including pictures and description. We do not accept refunds on damages after try on ie broken zips as this comes down to user error. Approved returns for damaged items will be accepted as cash refunds.
If approved, you’ll receive your refund into linked account within 14 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at femauraboutique@outlook.com.
